WHAT WE DO

Flexible Services Tailored to
You & Your Family

Our flexible services are completely bespoke and tailored to suit you and your family. Visits can vary from a minimum of 30 minutes to one or more hours, one or more times per day from one to seven days per week, 365 days per year. We also offer a return from hospital (reablement) package to help people regain their independence and confidence around the home as well as complete palliative and end of life care packages.

In addition, we offer a ‘home again’ service – a 4 hour package to collect you from hospital, support you home and settle you in safely. This package will generally make sure you are warm and comfortable ensuring that your immediate needs are covered until friends or family can take over. This service can include shopping and meal preparation.

An assessment of individual need will identify the services and the frequency required but our personalised comprehensive range of care covers assistance with daily activities and a wide range of auxiliary services:

General Care

Support with everyday tasks, safety and well-being, so to live as independently as possible.

Medication Support

Everyday household duties, such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and organising.

Meal Preparation

Support given to get you to, navigate and return safely from medical or personal appointments.

Practical Tasks

Help to ensure you take the right medication at the right time, the correct dose, safely and consistently.

Supplies Shopping

Help with buying groceries and other essentials, either by accompanying you or shopping on your behalf.

Companionship

Visits and outings outings including afternoon teas, meals out, theatre trips & accompanied shopping.

Appointment Attendance

Provide support to plan, cook and serve nutritious food that meets any dietary needs and preferences.

Social Visits

Time spent offering social interaction, conversation, emotional support & outings.

Live-in Care

Our highly trained carers live with your loved one, offering compansionship, care & support.

Overnight Care

Where a caregiver stays in the home throughout the night to provide support, supervision and assistance as needed.
