THE ROLE
Responsibilities
of a Home Carer
Your role will involve helping elderly clients to stay comfortable in their own homes, making a positive impact in their lives. You can expect duties to include:
- Delivering person centred care to clients by following an individualised Care Plan.
- Assisting with daily routines such as personal care, cooking and light domestic tasks.
- Assisting with and administering medication where necessary.
- Providing companionship and meaningful connections with the clients.
- Keeping detailed notes of visits and client wellbeing using our Smartphone care App.
- Promoting clients to remain independent in their own homes.
- Collaborating with management and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care co-ordination.

It’s not essential as full training will be provided.
Adults over 18, predominantly the elderly.

Yes, full training will be provided, including induction and shadowing.
Yes, all care staff will require an enhanced DBS check, paid by us.
Yes, we have full and part time hours available. All staff are required to work every other weekend and some evenings.
Yes, you need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
We support people wishing to remain in their own homes, this may include personal care, medication, food prep etc.
